I tried to meditate 3 times this week. I am still struggling to get into it. I think part of it has to do with the sitting for me. I can’t seem to relax my back completely. Perhaps I need to try harder or longer, the longest I have attempted it is for 10 minutes. I do know that when I used to do yoga regularly, I did quite well with the relaxation on my back so my plan is to try this on my back next time.
I tried 3 different meditation videos on youtube, I enjoyed this one the best but am still looking for something that works super awesome for me. And yes, I know this is longer than 10 minutes, I gave up at 10 minutes 😦 Next time will be better though.
